Action Packed Weeked Part 2

Ha.. It's been a really long time since i had such an exciting and fun weekend, also known as APW - Action Packed Weekend. The whole session started off on Thursday, where we meet up @ burger king in CWP to discuss the camp for friday. As always, the guy that likes to make a big entrance, erm.. me... was late. We discussed the details and ya, most of the programs are still the same, no major changes. The only thing that changed is my experience, i haven't done camps for quite some time and i guess i'm quite rusty and all..

Went home, packed my bag, and feel asleep. Woke up @ 6:05am, we are supposed to meet @ 615am~~ which means.... I"M SO FREAKIN' LATE AGAIN!!! But it's ok, i'm known to be late. Went to this school called Boon Lay Gardens Pri Sch. spent a couple of mins there and off we go to the campsite @ Jln Bathera.

As always, did the same old shit~ and as always, i find ways and means to slack. This particular camp is particularly slack for me... coz i got a fantastic partner, Jeremy, 2 years younger than me and a enthusiastic guy,. Hmm... I see the 'me' in him 2 years ago.~~ Watever~ hahaha

After camp, which is Sunday, we went to KTV. sang my hearts out as i haven't K-ed for quite some time. And i sang most of the songs coz the other instructors either got no voice from all the shouting in camp(which i did not) or too tired to sing. Ben and I did most of the singing and we entertained the crowd with our 'wonderful voices'

Damn shagged,.. but a reallly nice weekend~

Dinner @ Lawry's

Wooo.. 8/8/2006 has been a wonderful day for me and the wookie people!! It's the day we celebrate our first year company anniversary together. Well, the thing Singaporeans do best is EAT, so we brought ourselves over to Lawry's for dinner(Of course that's my idea)

Eating there is

3. An open-eye experience

y? coz never in my life have I been pampered so much, especially in Singapore. The ambience is nice and everything and the food is good, fine dining i guess. Good service and Good food, topped up with good white wine and good company.

1st Dish.
The Famous Original Spinning Bowl Salad
A blend of crisp romaine and iceberg lettuce and watercress, shredded beets,chopped eggs and croutons. Tossed with our exclusive vintage dressing in a salad bowl spun on a bed of ice.

The lady, dressed like a chambermaid, will push a trolley over to our table and said "would u like to try our Famous Spinning Bowl Salad?" Then she starts to spin the bowl infront of us, and confidentally poured the thousad island sauce from 1m height and continued to spin the bowl as she prepard the salad.

I had the:
English Cut S$65.80,+++ Three thin slices deftly carved to highten the rich beef flavor (200 gr)

Kawei had:
Pan Sear Salmon Fillet NEW! S$43.80,+++ Accompanied with 3 different canapes, crispy tortilla with avocado cream, grilled US scallop with Wasabi mayonnaise and carviar with a slice of ciabatta bread. Served with sake butter cream sauce and Idaho mashed potato.

Leon had:
Pastry Beef Tenderloin NEW! S$58.80,+++ Pan seared Australian air flown beef tenderloin with button mushroom cream sauce and covered with pastry, baked till brown. Served with light brown sauce and seasonal vegetables.

The session ended with wine appreciation, we cheer-ed to the future of wookie.. and enjoyed the music and ambience in the place. Went home with a huge hole in the pocket though~~~

Bought a Guess Watch, cost me $200 bucks...!! No more shopping till next month. :(

Been full of shit lately, guess i ate 2 mucH. I need to shit 2 times daily@!!!! MAN!

Short and Sweet blog for tonite --

-Finally came up with a place to have dinner on 8th Aug 2006. The company's official 1st year annivesary. We decided to have our dinner in Lawry's, nice food, good ambience.. countdown down.....

-Also preparing for my shopping spree in tebrau city, jusco. Heard that M'sia's having their mega-sale going on, hMm... will do all i can to get wat i wan~~

-Over @ work, i've been working non stop nowadays, now my manager wants me to go do shift duties, it may sound tedious though, but pay will be good if accept his offer, thinking...thinking...

-Thailand Trip more or less confirmed... it'll be on the 21st to 25th this coming year end.

-Still searching for the 'plural' for me......
